Public Access TV - End Of An Era YTV

October is here and I have been a slight bit absent of late mainly due to work commitments. What better way to enjoy the start of Autumn than cracking on with the long awaited debut from Public Access TV, and more specifically this track End Of An Era. Jangly guitar straight out of the metaphorical gate that is guaranteed to get your hips swayin' and feet tappin' if you are that way inclined. Plus the addition of catchy lyrics in the verse and chorus make for quite the addictive track that is part of an equally addictive album. Enjoy!

Wonder Villains - TV

This track is really indie-pop at it's sweetest. I heard about Wonder Villains through the Intro w/ LA SoundCloud pod-cast. They play a lot of great tracks that are new and upcoming and is worth checking out. This track has a very mid 00's feel with big drums and loud coloured clothing a la the nu-wave resurgence of the era.  It also reminds me of a few one hitters and the early tracks of Hot Chip. Anyways take a listen and see what you think. If you like it or think it is absolutely terrible let me know in the comment section below.

Catfish The TV show!

I have powered through most of the first season of Catfish the TV show on MTV since seeing the movie and loving it. It really wasn't what I expected. I was thinking it was gonna be like a drama show along the same kind of style as Dexter just without all the murder, but yea a fictional, gritty and dark show like that would be really good but it turned out to be a reality show with the kind of format that has been used on plenty of different shows in the past. Even though it wasn't what I expected, I do enjoy the show and would recommend it to anybody.. 

And thanks to the playlist MTV play alongside the show, I'm currently liking The Barr Brothers (below) after being played Beggar In The Morning on one of the episodes. More channels should showcase what songs are being played during a show. It could help bands to be discovered easier.
